This year, I was lucky enough to see live performances by Telepathe, Matt Shadetek, and DJ/rupture. If you remember back to the summer, Remix Galaxy covered DJ/rupture’s impressive performance at Pitchfork. I’m pretty much convinced that he’s one of the finest DJs and producers working today. Hence, it’s a treat to see him and M.S. remix another talented duo. NYC’s Telepathe loves blaring breezy lo-fi numbers alongside heavy hitters riddled with synth.  Busy Ganges and Meilssa Livaudais also introduce wispy, feminine start-stop vocals alongside jittery beats, snappy cymbals, and echoing drums. The results are often uneven yet captivating, as in this remix of “In Your Line.”
